Summer Favorite - Grilled Beer Poached Salmon

Gift
This is a really easy and fun recipe. The beer adds a great flavor to the salmon. All you need is a grill, some sliced onions, a little garlic, and some beer (and of course the salmon). Make enough for left overs...the salmon is delicious cold the next day. There is a nice dill sauce included in the recipe.
