Ingredients

1 cup chopped fruit

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup water

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 Tablespoon cornstarch

1/4 cup cold water
 
 

Instructions

1 - Simmer until fruit is tender. 5 minutes or so. Thicken with 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water.
Serving Suggestions
Serve on pancakes, waffles or biscuits.
