Easy Hot and Sour Soup

Ingredients

-	5 c. Chicken Stock
-	2 tbsp. rice vinegar (or white vinegar)
-	2 tsp. Soy Sauce
-	1 small Garlic Clove, finely chopped
-	1 tsp. salt
-	1 tsp. Sugar
-	1 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce
-	6 med. Mushrooms or 1 5 oz. can of mushrooms
-	1 Carrot cut into strips

-	1 3 oz. can of Bamboo shoots
-	4 ozs. Tofu, cut into cubes
-	2 tbsp. cornstarch
-	3 tbsp. water


Instructions


Bring Stock to a boil in a large sauce pan


Add everything but cornstarch and water. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 min.Blenad cornstarch and water. Blend in and simmer 2 min.Vinigar and hot sause to taste. Top with Green Onions.
