Weight Watchers Meatloaf

Ingredients
-
8 oz lean ground beef
-
12 ox lean ground turkey
-
1 medium onion chopped
-
1/2 cup uncooked old fashioned, or quick, oats
-
8 oz tomato sauce
-
2 T Worchestershire sauce
-
1 T hot pepper sauce
-
2 large egg whites, beaten slightly
-
salt and pepper
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. spray loaf pan with cooking spray. Combine beef, turkey, onion and oats in a large bowl. Mix in tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, hot pepper suance, egg whites, salt and pepper.
Shape into a loaf and bake covered with foil for 60 to 70 minutes. Removing foil for last 15 minutes or so to brown.
Or press into loaf pan and bake for 60 to 70 minutes.
Yields six servings, 6 weight watcher points per serving.
