Mix all ingredients except shrimp, sherry, and paprika and place in frying pan. Arrange
shrimp on top. Sprinkle liberally with paprika and place under very hot broiler for six to
seven minutes. Do not turn. When done, place pan on preheated stove on high heat, and
cook for another three minutes. Sprinkle sherry on top for last minute of cooking. Serve on
bed of rice, spooning liquid on top. Serve with lemon wedge.
