     Chicken and Rice

Preptime   30 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup minute rice (not cooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water plus 1/4 can more
chopped onion - medium
chicken breasts
 
Instructions
Combine all ingredents except chicken breasts
Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray
Pour mixture over chicken breasts
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hour covered.
