     Pasta with steak and Chardonnay cream sauce.

10 oz steak
8oz Chardonnay
6oz Half n Half
Teaspoon Dill
Teaspoon Kosher salt
Teaspoon Lemon pepper
Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Grated Asiago Cheese
1 cup of pasta shells
2 garlic cloves

Coat a staleness steel pan with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Heat, then cook steak. Time varies depending on desired doneness. Wrap steak in foil and set aside. Meanwhile cook pasta per package directions. Remove from water, do not rinse, place in bowl.
Lower heat to a simmer then add spices/herbs, grated garlic and wine to pan. Slowly simmer for 3-4 mins. Poor in Half N Half and let simmer for 4-6 min. Slowly stirring and making sure everything comes unstuck from the pan.
Slice steak into thin slices and place on top of pasta. Poor sauce from pan over pasta and meat. Top with tomatoes and grated Asiago cheese.
