     Sour Cream Coffee Cake MMK

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
3 cups flour
1/2 lb (1 cup) cold butter or oleo, cubed
1 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
 
1 can pie filling (apple, blueberry, peach, etc)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
3 tblsp butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Oil a 13x9 baking pan. Mix together with mixer in large bowl first 5 ingredients until crumbly. In another bowl, mix eggs, sour cream, vanilla. Add the two mixtures together.
Spread 1/2 batter in oiled 13x9 pan.Spoon 1 can of pie filling on top. Drop remaining batter on filling by small spoonfuls.
Sprinkle with crumb topping- Mix together sugar, flour, butter. Bake at 350 for 40-50 min.
NOTE-This is confort food! It is wonderfully moist and rich. But, I find the amount of batter to be an extra large amount. So I usually make a very small side pan using some of the ingredients. Personal preference!
