Ingredients
1 tbsp oil
2 1/2 tsp popping corn
5 oz chocolate
2 ttbsp butter
3 oz soft vanilla fudge
powdered sugar for dusting
 

Instructions
heat oil in pan add popcorn cover with lid and heat shaking the pan once or twice until popping noise dies remove from pan leave or a bout 30 seconds transfer into bowl to cool .place into plastic bag and break up into smaller pieces break choc into heatproof bowl add butter and rest bowl over a pan of gently simmering water stir frequently until melted remove from the heat and cool 2 min stir in the popcorn and fudge into the chocolate then turn mix out into pan spread out evenly let set 30 min turn it out and cut dust with powdered sugar
