     Rhubarb Custard Pie

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp cornstarch
3 cup rhubarb
butter size of walnut
 

Instructions
Line pan with pastry. Mix or beat sugar, cornstarch and eggs with melted butter. Cut rhubarb into 1/2 inch cubes.
Put into unbaked crust. Sprinkle sugar mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
