     Cornbread Confetti Salad

Ingredients
1 pkg (8 oz) Cornbread/Muffin mix
2 cans (15 1/2 oz) whole kernel corn (drained)
2 cans (15 oz) pinto beans (rinsed & drained)
1 can (15 oz) black beans (rinsed & drained)
3 small tomatoes (chopped)
1 med green pepper (chopped)
1 med red pepper (chopped)
1/2 cup green onion (chopped)
10 bacon strips (chopped & crumbled)
 
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Dressing-
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 envelope ranch salad dressing

Instructions
Prepare cornbread according to package. Cool completely; crumble. In a large bowl combine corn, beans, tomatoes, peppers, onion, bacon, cheese and cornbread. In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients until well mixed.
