Cook ground beef, onion, and green pepper until browned; drain grease in a can. Boil macaroni according to package directions; drain water. In a 2 qt dish, combine cooked beef, macaroni, tomato sauce, parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, covered. Serves 8.
