     Swedish Meat Balls

Ingredients
1 lb hambuger
1 small onion (finely chopped)
2-3 slices bread (grated)
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
milk
flour
cream of mushroom soup
 

Instructions
Mix together hamburger, onion, bread, salt and pepper. Form into meatballs; dip meatballs in milk, roll them in flour and fry. Drain off drippings. Add cream of mushroom soup and let simmer for approximately 15 minutes. Serve with mashed potatoes or over rice.
