Coat the chicken with tumeric and salt. Shallow fry until almost cooked. set aside.

Blend the onion, garlic and ginger with a little bit of water into a paste. Dive the tomatoes
|

Fry the paste in three table spoons of oil until aromatic. Then add the tomatoes and ketchup. Fry until oil comes out. Add 1/4 cup water. Then add the chicken. Cook further with a lid for 10 minutes.

Add chopped chillies when adding the tomatoes if you want it spicier.
