     Barbeque Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 small bottle sweet baby rays bbq sauce
6-8 chix breasts or 15ish tenders
2 heads romaine lettuce shredded
6 roma tomatoes diced
1/2 red onion chopped fine
1/2 bag frozen white corn
1 can black beans drained
2-3 avocados
1/2 bunch cilantro
 
1 juice from lime
1/2 to whole jalepino pepper (take out seeds)
salt and pepper to taste
2 teas minced garlic

Instructions
Cover chix with bbq sauce and bake covered @ 350 for one hour or until done. Shred with fork, leave in sauce. Chill
Shred lettuce
Salsa- Mix all veggie ingredients together then layer lettuce, chicken, salsa. repeat & enjoy!!
make butter milk ranch dressing (recipe on envelope) serve with ranch and bbq sauce
