     Sausage Cheese Muffins

Ingredients
1 lb. Pork Sausage
3 cups All Purpose Baking Mix
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar
1 can condensed Cheese Soup.
3/4 cup Water
1/2 cup Sour Cream
 

Instructions
Cook sausage. Drain.
Combine sausage, baking mix and shredded cheddar in large bowl. Make a well in the center of mixture.
Stir together soup, 3/4 cup water and sour cream. Add to sausage mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Spoon into Pam sprayed cupcake papers in muffin pans, filling to top of cups. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.
