5 lb. Potatoes, peeled & quartered
|
|
1 cup heated Milk
|
|
1/2 stick Butter
|
|
4 oz. Shredded Cheddar
|

4 oz. Shredded Colby
|
|
Black Pepper, to taste
|

Salt, to taste
|

|

|

Instructions |

|
Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender. Drain well.
|
|
|
Place back on stovetop. Stir over low heat until dry. Remove from
heat.

Add additional ingredients.
