Brown Hamburger with 1/2 onion (in rings and remove once meat
browned), drain. Add boullion, water, celery, 1/2 onion (finely
chopped), tomatoes, juice, seasonings and veggies. Simmer 2-4
hours.
Cook barley separately according to directions on package. Add to
soup just minutes before serving.
Optional- Slice beef summer sausage. Heat in skillet w/ 1 T Olive
Oil. Add to soup before serving.
