     Bean Soup

Ingredients
Beans
Ham Bone or Ham Hocks or Bacon
Water
Salt
Pepper
Onion Powder
 
Instructions
Rinse beans, pulling out bad ones.
Soak beans in very hot water for 1 1/2 hours.
Add other ingredients. Cook over medium heat 2-3 hours or until beans are tender.
Serve with corn bread.
