     Apple Sauce

Ingredients
6-8 medium Apples
Sugar
Cinnamon
1/2 cup Water
 
Instructions
Peel and cut apples into slices.
Place apples in large saucepan with 1/2 cup water.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until soft.
Use potato masher to mash. Add sugar and cinnamon to taste.
