lg. can Tomato Sauce
|

1 T Splenda or Sugar
|

1 cup Water
|
|
64 oz. V8 Juice
|

1/2 cup Flour
|

Salt

3 T Tapioca
|
|
2 cans Potatoes (drained)
|
|

|
2 cans Mixed Vegetables (drained)
|
|
2 cans Whole Kernel Corn (drained)
|
|
2 cans Green Beans (drained)
|
|
Onion Powder
|
|
Pepper
|

Instructions |

|
Pour flour in large bowl. Add salt, pepper, onion powder.
|

Cut chuck roast into cubes. Toss meat in flour. Pour into roasting
pan.

|
Toss all drained veggies in remaining flour. Pour into roasting pan.
Mix together tomato sauce, sugar, water and V8. Pour over meat
and veggies. Stir.

|
Bake at 275 degrees for 3-3 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
