Boil chicken on stove top in pan of water with salt, pepper, onion
powder and celery seed for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Drain.
Mix together soups, sour cream and milk. Season with salt, pepper,
onion powder. Chop cooked chicken and add to mixture.
Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer -
crackers, butter, chicken mixture, ending with crackers layer. Pour
remaining butter over crackers. Top with poppy seeds.
Bake 35-40 minutes uncovered.
