     Chicken & Dumplins

Ingredients
CHICKEN
2 1/2 - 3 lbs. boneless skinless Chicken Breasts
can Cream of Chicken Soup
can Cream of Celery Soup
Salt & Pepper
1/2 cup Water
 
DUMPLINS
(3) 14 1/2 oz. cans Chicken Broth
3 cups Water
3 1/3 cups All Purpose Baking Mix
1 1/3 cups Buttermilk
Salt
Pepper

Instructions
CHICKEN - Place chicken in crock pot. Mix together soups, water, salt and pepper. Add to chicken. cook on low approximately 6 hours or until easily falls apart. Set aside.
DUMPLINS - Pour broth and water in large saucepan. Bring to boil. Stir together baking mix, buttermilk, salt and pepper until blended. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into slowly boiling mixture (don't let dumplins touch). Reduce heat to med- low and cook, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent dumplins from sticking. Cover and cook 10 more minutes.
Add chicken from crock pot. Stir and serve.
