1 tsp. freshly ground Black Pepper, plus additional for seasoning
Pinch Cayenne Pepper
(4) 8 oz. boneless skinless Chicken Breasts
Instructions
Preheat oven 425 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil.
In small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest, paprika,
celery seeds, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Season chicken with
additional salt and pepper, to taste.
Arrange chicken on the prepared baking sheet. Slather mayonnaise
mixture over the chicken. Bake until juices run clear when chicken
is pricked with a fork, about 20 to 25 minutes.
Transfer the chicken to a serving platter and serve hot.
