In large bowl, whisk eggs. Add onion, salt, pepper, 1 cup ketchup and Worcestershire
sauce to eggs and stir until blended. Add ground beef and oats. Mix well with wooden
spoon or hands.
Dump mixture into cast iron skillet, press to shape.
Bake for 1 hour, remove from oven. Mix together topping ingredients and spread over
meatloaf. Bake for 25 minutes longer or until center reaches 160 degrees.
