1/4 lb. Butter, softened
|
|
1 cup Sugar
|
|
4 Eggs
|
|
11 oz. Choc. Syrup
|

1 T Vanilla
|
|
1 cup All Purpose Flour
|
|
1 tsp. Instant Coffee
|
|

GANACHE
|
|
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
|
|
8 oz. Semi Sweet Choc. Chips
|
|
1 tsp. Instant Coffee
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Line muffin tins and preheat oven 325 degrees.
|
|
|
Cream butter & sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, Mix in choc. syrup and
vanilla. Add flour and coffee and mix just till combined.

|
Bake for 30 minutes.
|
|
|
Ganache- Cook heavy cream, choc. chips and coffee in double
boiler over simmering water until smooth. Dip top of each cupcake
in ganache.
