Blend the canned tomatoes with the onion and garlic. Add the dry herbs. Add small teaspoon of salt and large table spoon of sugar. Put in a pan and boil then simmer for about 20 minutes.

Clean and pat dry the chicken. Season with salt and pepper. toss in olive oil. Then grill or fry until cooked.

|
Pour the cooked tomatoe sauce in an oven dish to voer the base. Arrange all the chicken on top. Pour over all remaining tomatoe sauce. crumble and layer all the cheese on top. Then top off with breadcrumbs.

Put in pre-heated oven 160C until crumbs are brown.
