Leave ham in plastic that it came in. Submerge in warm water for a total of one and a half hours, changing the water halfway through.

Place ham in large oven cooking bag and tie off. Cut several slits in the bag. Bake at 250 for approximately one and a half hours.

While ham is cooking, combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes.
Take ham out of oven. Increase temperature to 350. Glaze ham and return to the oven for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine 4 Tbsp of juice from bottom of bag with leftover glaze. Cook for 5 minutes and serve with ham.
