Ingredients
3 cups of self raising flour
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of lemonade (the fizzy kind)
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Line tray with baking paper.
Sift flour into mixing bowl, add cream and lemonade. Fold until combined.
Pour onto floured surface, roll to 1 inch thick. Cut with floured scone cutter.
Place on tray with one inch either side. Do not allow to touch. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with jam and thick cream.
