Ingredients
1 package of puff pastry sheets
4 large cooking apples - peeled, cored, sliced
1/2 cup of caster sugar
1 tablespoon of corn flour
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 cup of confectioners sugar
1 tablespoon of water
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. ... Prepare 2 trays with baking paper ... Thaw pastry sheets between moist tea towels at room temperature.
Peel, core and slice apples. Place in medium saucepan over a low heat. Add sugar, corn flour, lemon juice and cinnamon. Stir frequently until apples are tender. Refrigerate until cool.
Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface. Cut sheet into four. Place 1/4 cup apple mixture in center of each square. Brush edges with water. Fold to form triangles, seal edges firmly with a fork. Place on baking trays, bake 25 minutes or until golden. Cool on wire rack.
In a small bowl, combine confectioners sugar and tablespoons of water. Drizzle over turnover with spoon, allow to set before serving.
