Peel, core and slice apples. Place in medium
saucepan over a low heat. Add sugar, corn flour,
lemon juice and cinnamon. Stir frequently until
apples are tender. Refrigerate until cool.
Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface. Cut
sheet into four. Place 1/4 cup apple mixture in
center of each square. Brush edges with water.
Fold to form triangles, seal edges firmly with a
fork. Place on baking trays, bake 25 minutes or
until golden. Cool on wire rack.
In a small bowl, combine confectioners sugar and
tablespoons of water. Drizzle over turnover with
spoon, allow to set before serving.
