Pre heat oven to 160C. Trim leg off fat, place in oven tray
And rub with herb. Lightly salt. Pour over whole bottle
covering all leg.
Tightly cover with foil and bake for 4 hours minimum. Remove
leg. Pour juices in a pan and reduce for 15 mins. Use corn
starch to thicken slightly (two table spoons of flour per
medium small pan).
