     Chicken Salad

Ingredients
5 cups uncooked macaroni
5 cups diced cooked chicken ( I use canned chicken ,3- 13ounce cans)
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1-1/2 cups chopped celery
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup pickle relish
1 cup chopped nuts
1 pound seedless green grapes, halved
1 can (8 ounce) sliced water chestnuts, drained
 
1 teaspoon salt
1 to 1-1/2 cup Miracle Whip

Instructions
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water. In a large bowl, combine the macaroni and remaining ingredients, adding just enough Miracle Whip to moisten.. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve on lettuce leaves. I make only half as it makes a big bowl and keeps very well up to a week.
