     Rendang Daging

Ingredients
~Curry~
2 red chillies, deseeded, roughly chopped
4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
8 eshalots, roughly chopped
1 lemon grass stalk, sliced
25g fresh ginger, roughly chopped
25g fresh galangal, roughly chopped
~Remaining~
 
1/4 cup dessicated coconut
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon ground tumeric
4 kaffir lime leaves, shredded
1.5 kilo chuck steak, cubed
1 cup coconut cream
2 tablespoons fish sauce

Instructions
Heat large frying pan, add all curry ingredients, coriander, turmeric, lime leaves, cook until fragrant. Add beef and cook until brown.
Place beef mixture and all other ingredients into slow cooker, stir to combine.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with jasmine rice.
