     Cincinnati Chili

Ingredients
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 kilo extra lean ground beef
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon red cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
1 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
2 cups of tomato spag sauce
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
16 ounce uncooked spaghetti pasta

Instructions
In a large fry pan over medium high heat, saute onion, beef, garlic, chili powder until beef is slightly cooked.
Add allspice, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, cocoa, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, cider vinegar, water. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove from heat.
Cook spaghetti according to package directions, transfer onto individual serving plates. Ladle cincy chili over the spaghetti, serve with toppings of your choice.
