Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
 

Instructions
In a big bowl, mix the flour, sugar and salt.
.In a smaller bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and melted butter.
Slowly, whisking frequently, incorporate the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients.
To cook, pour about a 2/3 cup of batter in a skillet. Tilt the pan to spread the batter. Flip and press with a spatula to keep the crepe flat.
