Bake brownies as directed. Remove when done. While brownies are baking, mix up the cookie dough according to the directions. Place in very small spoonfuls on a cookie sheet. (You want them to be small. because the Brookie Bites will be, well, bite-sized.) Bake cookies for the minimum time required, so that they are nice and gooey (crispy cookies won't work in this recipe!). While still warm, roll the cookies into bite-sized balls. This is very messy, and you'll have to wash your hands several times (or I guess, lick them clean) during the process. Place cookie balls in the freezer until frozen.

Place frozen cookies inside a brownie, and smush the brownie all around the outside of the cookie. This is not at all glamorous, but trust me, the end result is worth it! Now here is the hardest part... you've got to freeze them AGAIN.
