     Deep South Shrimp and Sausage

Ingredients
3/4 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 t. Old Bay seasoning
1/4 t. pepper
1 C. refrigerated prechopped tricolor bell peppers
6.5 oz. smoked turkey sausage, cut in 1/8 in. slices
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 C. water
 

Instructions
Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat with cooking spray. Add first 3 ingredients, tossing to coat. Cook 3 min., stirring frequently. Remove from pan; keep warm.
Return pan to heat. Coat with spray. Add bell peppers; cook 2 min. Add sausage; cook 2 min. Add shrimp and garlic; cook 1 min. Add water; cook 30 sec., scraping pan. Remove from heat; let stand 2 min.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Spicy Cheese Grits
