Pre-heat oven to 375%.. Then grease each cup or use cup cake wrappers inserted in the cup cake pan.
Mix all the ingredients except the eggs and oil into a large mixing bowl. Beat the eggs and oil in another large bowl to blend each. Stir the flour mixture into the eggs. Spoon ¼ batter into each of the cup cake holders.
Bake for approx 25 mins but to make sure they are done, take a toothpick and insert it into the middle. When it comes out cleanly, then the muffins are done…now serve warm and watch the smiles!
