Cut the sausage into ¼ inch slices then cut the slices in half.

Prepare the Zatarain’s Jambalaya Mix in a 6 to 8-quart saucepot per the instruction. Add the sausage to the pot the last 10 minutes of the cook time.
Prepare the Rice-A-Roni Long Grain & Wild Rice in a 2-quart saucepan per the instructions

Scramble and cook the dozen eggs in a skillet.
|
|
|
When everything is done cooking add the Rice-A-Roni Long Grain & Wild Rice and scrambled egg into the Zatarain’s Jambalaya Mix. Stir everything together and serve.
