     Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
2 cans artichoke bottoms, drained & chopped
1 can green chiles
1 yellow onion diced
1 handful jalapenos diced
6 cups grated parmesad cheese
4 cups mayonnaise
 

Instructions
Mix ingredients together in shallow dish
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Bake at 500 degrees for 17 minutes
Serving Suggestions
Serve with pita chips or Wheat Thins
