     Vegan Fruit Crumble

225g plain flour
150g dairy-free margarine
100g brown sugar
pinch salt
455g fruit of choice
up to 3 tablespoons of sugar depending on fruit

Mix first four ingredients with fingers until it ressembles breadcrumbs.
Cut fruit into chunks. Put in an ovenproof dish and top with crumble mixture.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
With vegan custard or ice-cream.
