Smear baking tray with extra margarine. Mash two
bananas. Add sugar, margarine, milk and vanilla and
whisk.
Add flour, baking powder and salt and fold in using
a big spoon. As soon as flour is absorbed, place in
oven. Bake for 45 minutes.
When cake has cooled, mash 1/2 a banana and mix with
lots of icing sugar. Heat mixture gently in non-
stick pan for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Spread immediately over the cake.
Use the other half of the banana for decoration.
