Preheat oven to 350. Place sliced bread onto a cookie sheet and
toast for approximately five minutes (OR until toasted).
WHILE the bread is toasting, in a small bowl combine minced garlic,
chopped tomatoes and olive oil. Mix to combine.
Once bread is toasted, evenly spoon tomato mixture onto bread
slices. Season slices with salt & pepper. Drizzle a little olive on top.
Garnish with basil and Parmigiano Reggiano.
