     Cheddar and Poppyseed Straws

1 (15-ounce) package refrigerated pie crusts
1 cup shredded Kerrygold Reserve Cheddar Cheese
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
Garlic salt

Heat oven to 400F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Knead all ingredients except garlic salt together for a few minutes. Form into walnut-size balls, then roll out to form long thin sticks. Place on baking sheets and sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.
