     Pumpkin Bread

2 Eggs
3/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Unbleached Flour
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 t Baking Soda
1 t Baking Powder
1 t Cinnamon
1/4 t Salt

Beat together the wet ingredients and the sugar in a large bowl, Stir together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet, stir just enough to moisten the dry ingredients
Pour into a greased 9x5 loaf pan or muffin tin
Bake for about an hour (much less if in muffin tin) at 350 degrees
