miso
 

Instructions
Boil eggs, then take yolks out. Line container with Miso. Put cheesecloth down, then yolks in cheesecloth. Layer cheesecloth and miso again.
Cure in frig 2 weeks. Remove from miso, hang from cheesecloth and dry in frig another 3 weeks.
