     Sicilian Orange Cake

Ingredients
200 grs of soft butter
250 grs of sugar
4 eggs
Orange zest of 1 large orange
Orange juice of 1 large orange
250 grs of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
5 tablespoons of whole milk
 

Instructions
Cream the butter and the sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs, one at a time, completing with the orange zest.
Add the flour and mix well. The add the orange juice (about 80 cc) and the milk.
Bake about 50 minutes in a medium heat oven. If baking in cupcake pan, reduce baking time to 25 to 30 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Glaze with with classic powdered sugar and orange juice or dust with powdered sugar alone.
