Use a food processor - chop onion first, then put in milk, eggs; blend; then add melted butter; blend; add the flour and seasonings.
Grease a quiche pan well, place the veges in there and the cooked chopped bacon. Pour over the liquid. Sprinkle grated cheese. Bake at 200 for about 45 minute.
