     Rubette's Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients
1 stick of Butter
3/4 C Flour
3/4 C Milk
1 C Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
Dash of Cinnamon
 

Instructions
In deep dish, melt stick of butter in oven at 350 degrees. Mix together all listed ingredients.
When butter has melted pour in flour mixture.
Spoon choice of fruit or pie filling over flour mixture. Do not stir in.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour. According Ms. Rubette the cobbler is supposed to sit for an hour before eating...but that never happens ;-)
Serving Suggestions
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream
