11/2 pounds ground meat(beef, pork or combination)
1 small onion, minced
salt, pepper and garlic salt, to taste
11/2 cups prepared spaghetti sauce
2 cups cooked rice
Shredded cheddar cheese to top
Instructions
Par boil peppers in salted water for 5 minutes and drain. Meanwhile, brown the meat, then add onions and seasonings. Blend well and drain.
Combine cooked rice, meat mixture and spaghetti sauce. Place peppers in 13 x 9 baking pan and fill with mixture, placing extra around peppers. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350
Remove foil and continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes
Top with sliced shredded cheddar cheese or grated Parmesan and serve
